Making a Purchase Online
Not all of the products on our website are available to buy online as wheelchairs and some specialised seating require a demonstration and assessment prior to order. You can arrange a demonstration easily with us by clicking the Arrange a Demo button on the product pages.
All products available to buy online will have a Buy Now button and an Add to Basket option on the product page too. Making a purchase could not be easier. After you have finished your selection and checked your Basket, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Where possible we will deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. You will be advised if a product you have selected is not in stock and a delivery date will be provided. If we provide an estimate of time for the delivery of the product, that estimate is to be taken as a guide only. If we become aware that there is likely to be a significant delay in delivery we will, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify you of the delay and provide if possible a new anticipated delivery date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and receive a full refund.
The standard rate of VAT applies unless you are entitled to claim VAT exemption.
