We only charge sales tax if the VAT exemption box is not selected.

 The amount of packages that your items arrive in will depend on what you have ordered. We make sure that items are packaged into as few boxes as possible. However, we take extensive measures to make sure each item is packaged properly to ensure your item arrives safely and undamaged.

If you wish to change or cancel an order after it’s been submitted, then you will need to speak with a member of our customer service team.

Yes you can pre-order an item if it’s out of stock. We can provide you with an approximate delivery time from the supplier within 48 hours.
