Delivery Schedule

All bespoke built products have a delayed delivery period due to manufacturing. If we provide an estimate of time for the delivery of the product, that estimate is to be taken as a guide only.


Cooling Off Period

All bespoke built products entitle you to a cooling off period of 7 days.  If you change your mind within those 7 days, your order may be cancelled and any deposits or monies paid will be refunded wholly.  This period will of course extend delivery times.


Returns

Unless a product is defective, the Company will not accept Product returned without the prior written consent of the Company

Carriage costs for returned items are at the Customer’s expense at all times


New Products within the Manufacturer’s Warranty period

If any faults/issues arise within this period all products are to return to base only for inspection.


Tax Charges

The standard rate of VAT applies unless you are entitled to claim VAT exemption.


Credit Card Security

Any payments made on the telephone are taken securely via TYL Nat West Portal. Gerald Simonds Healthcare will never retain any details when paying via this method.  An alternative method via BACS is also available for any payments

Our website sets “Session” cookies, essential for the operation of the website which are used to ‘remember’ session specific information only during the time that a user is using the website. These cookies are deleted after you close your browser. No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies once you have closed your browser and the cookie has cleared.
