The Academy Junior Back System consists of a cushion divided into eight compartments and a removable ABS plastic back shell. When used complete it provides support where it is needed. The side compartments, with a high cell density, combined with the ABS plastic shell, provide good lateral support.
The Back System is provided with a Velcro attachment, which allows it to be fitted to the back posts of most types of paediatric wheelchair. The system is height and depth adjustable and available in three sizes. (Cushion shown without outer cover. Also shown, the Academy Junior Vector Seat Cushion which is available separately).
