Designed for users with adducted conditions, the Vicair® Academy Pommel Cushion is divided into four adjustable sections with a detachable high pommel secured with a velcro strap. Unlike most pommel cushions, the Vicair® pommel is covered separately, rather than being inside the cushion cover, making it easier to remove and replace.
