Handicare AS was founded in Norway in 1986 and has since become the largest supplier and producer of a wide range of wheelchairs and other aids for elderly and handicapped people in Norway and throughout Europe. Cirrus was one of the first comfort wheelchairs to be launched in the Scandinavian and European markets in 1987 and since then Handicare has acquired a unique level of skills and expertise with this type of wheelchair.
